A Conversation First — A brief, unhurried check-in about what's present for you today, and what you'd like from the session.
The Session — Clothed, skilled, attentive bodywork — paced entirely to what your body is ready for, never rushed.
Integration — A few quiet minutes at the end to rest and let the session settle, before returning to your day.
Aftercare — Guidance on hydration, rest, and what's normal to notice in the hours and days that follow.
